Manish is a senior technical architect with more than six years’ experience leading Workday implementation projects and over 16 years deploying HR systems for multinational clients using Workday and Oracle platforms. He has managed successful projects both as a customer and consultant with global, large-scale customers across various industries including Bank of America, Aviva, Toys R Us, Barrick Gold, Lloyds Bank, JLL, Standard Life Aberdeen, Capri Holdings Ltd and Deliveroo.

An expert in designing and developing Workday integrations with other HRIS systems, including IT, Finance, Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, Absence and Time Tracking systems, he also has extensive experience of implementing Workday HCM, Compensation and Recruiting modules.

Manish has a BEng in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University.

In his spare time, Manish loves listening to music, watching cricket, and, as the father of a new baby, sleeping when he can.
