Caroline has recently launched our Workday Enhancement Service which has been incredibly well received by our clients. 

She comes from a Project Management background specialising in technology change.  For the last 15 years, she has led large-scale transformation programmes in the retail and luxury goods, technology, financial services, and property industries.  She has worked with the Workday solution for the last 12 years.

Originally from New Zealand and with four children, she is very pragmatic and down to earth in her approach. 

Her main motivation in all the work she delivers is to ensure the outcome makes the life of the users easier and results in real business benefits.
