Our story .

Where we started .

Preos was founded in 2021 by HR and Finance leaders with the simple belief that clients deserve better after go-live.

We began as specialists in optimisation helping organisations recover from misaligned implementations and achieve the value they expected from Workday. Not long after our founding we became a Workday Services Partner.

How we evolved .

In 2023, we launched Workday Enhancement Services (WES) — a partnership-led alternative to AMS that combines expert issue resolution with continuous enhancements. By 2024, after hearing “We wish we’d been working with Preos from the start, we expanded into full Workday implementations, applying our optimisation-first mindset from day one.

Today, Preos is a team of 30+ Workday experts, and 20 plus Associates, with experience on both the client and partner side. We support organisations at every stage of their Workday journey, from implementation and optimisation to post-go-live support.
